Refund policy

RETURNS

-All items (excluding custom made items) may be returned for a full refund of the item price. The item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item to the specified address with a tracking number within 14 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded nor reimbursed.

-If your item arrives late and you no longer desire to keep it, you may always return the item in its original condition for a full refund of the item price (no shipping fee refunds). Same rules apply as specified above.

-If your items arrives damaged, you must contact and send photos within 3 days of receiving your package. We’ll chat and see what the best option will be for your situation!
