" The Secret Lives of Dragonflies" 

This piece features a handed painted filigree dragonfly resting upon a hammered copper disc which I added a soft patina.  Measuring 2 1/4" this piece is suspended from a handcrafted bail with a 20" copper plated brass chain.

The cultural and mythological significance of the dragonfly showcases its enduring presence in human imagination and spirituality. It serves as a powerful symbol of positive qualities such as courage, transformation, joy, and adaptability, while also embodying the connection between the physical and spiritual realms.

Please let me know if you would like a different length chain for this piece.  Some of my customers prefer a 24" so they can easily slip it on over their heads or even as long as a 30".
