“‘The Spiral” One of our most ancient and enduring symbols, the spiral represents the winding journeys we must take inward if we’re to truly know and love ourselves. I have been wanting to design this piece for some time because I feel it holds promise to cultivate strength and courage. I also use it as a tool in my breathing meditation exercises. As I inhale to a count of four I trace my finger along the right side of the spiral until I stop at the sterling wrap. I hold for a count of seven and then slowly exhale to a count of eight while tracing my finger to the inner most point of the spiral.
This statement piece is lovingly hand forged from solid copper, embellished with a bit of sterling silver and two tiny Swarovski crystals. Suspended on a fully adjustable 24” brass plated copper chain this piece measures 1 3/4” tall and 1 1/2” wide. As always, I am happy to adjust the chain length to your preference.
